I just find out that
if User visit the site : http:// pacifictv.tv/ video.html?v=oewOJy3towzE7
Video not run

users have to use www
http://www.pacifictv.tv/video.html?v=oewOJy3towzE7

Is there a way that user can watch video by using www. or without www

use jwplayer instead, vcastr will be fade out soon.
