HI

Althought in my Jvideodirect admin panel all my videos have an "Access Type" is "Public", when I click on any video I get this message:

Private Video
The video you are trying to access is marked private.
You may view this video by subscribing channels or groups that contains this video

What changes do I need to make to resolve this?

I want all my videos public to any visitor, registered or not.

login to you site using username of video owner,
goto userpanel -> channels -> my groups and check accesstype of your channels

and /or

goto userpanel -> groups -> my groups and check accesstype of your groups

I logged in as the user of the videos and added a group (there were no groups), and then went into the backend and did a batch update of the videos assigning them to the group.

But still am getting that message.

i mean the channel that contain all this video ...

I looked in the administrator

The 5 videos are listed in the admin channel and they are also listed in the rowbyville category.


I also looked in the Channels Management and clicked on the 5 videos. Each of them has, under "Access Type: "Public" selected. See attached screen capture.
