my server not support Server Requirement

i uploaded flv video and move file to true folder

video working but Thumbnail Image wasn't seeing.

how can i manuel add ?

It's not so easy. Beside, you need video entries in database.
Why don't you wait for the next version, option for "embed only site" will be added.
