wrong purchase date

Dear Sir:
I just subscribed the basic member for 365 days.
However, when I look my subscription information,
the purchase date shows: "30 Nov 1999, 08:00AM 30 Nov 1999, 08:00AM "
and the expiration date shows: "30 Nov 1999, 08:00AM 30 Nov 1999, 08:00AM "

And I cannot see anything dowloadable in the "Latest core files" and "feature files" folder.

Can you help solve these problems?
