Hi, I've tried submitting a support ticket, but after submitting my ticket it asks for 'subject' and 'description', even though I have filled in these fields ??

Hi GospelGeezer,
I have just tried it, it works.
1. click support center ( on top of jvideodirect.com site)
2. press new ticket button
3. select category, fill up subject and description
4. press submit button
Can you please try again?
you may need to clear browser cache.

I have just tried it again, in both firefox & safari, having cleared the cache in both. I still get the same message:
"Subject" is Required
"Description" is Required
... even though I have filled these fields in
|

this is weird. this is my first time to hear this...
I suppose you are using default setting of browser.
