Im having problems with the look of my site

I dont like the way it looks and displays. Ideally i would like it to look similar to how you display it on the demo page? Any pointers or downloads i need?

Ive attached an image as to how it looks now......pretty awful lol

try not to display too many features in the main menu ...
use video listing modules to display other features.

the ex-youtube style scroller, that is a user contribution from sobong, you can get it from user-contribution section of forum

ive installed the plug in but im just getting the red x. Ive read through the thread and still have no idea how to get it to work.

Any idea's?
