Firstly, as it is my first post ( outstanding work ! S%$#@ on HWD & Seyret ! )

Was just wondering if there was a way to open up some main channels, to allow those that subscribe to add video's as well ?

yes, it does make sense ... that's why we have "Groups"

Channels is for users to show off videos or categorize videos and shows as channels.

however, if other user can add videos to it, it will mess up the channel that the user have created.

then groups come in, this allow other user to join, add videos and of course the owner of the group has all the privilege to delete video and kick out any user from group

So what you are saying is, to organize your video's from an admin point of view -
It goes categories then groups.

and channels is just for the end user to organize as they see fit !
