I understand that "checked" is a way for an admin to keep track of new videos uploaded by members. But what if I want to approve all videos uploaded. I know it is easier the other way, less time management, but is there a way to control this a bit? perhaps allowing only certain levels of membership to upload without approval? thanks.

to approve all, you can use "batch update" in top right corner
