thumbnails are not cached in JVD.

you may like to disable "system - cache" in joomla plugins.

but they are saved locally how is this not local cache
i guess this is part2 question of the embed item for youtube issue instead of piping thru jwplayer

we didn't setup cache for thumbnail in jvd. On server or joomla system level, you can.
