Hello.

I have some videos that are correctly converted to SD and HD, but no thumbnail image is generated.

Here are the results from the Tester section for one of those videos:

It seems to me that the image is not extracted from the video.
there are a few thing to check with.

1. existence of the highest quality converted file and check if it is playable. in your case.
/jMediaDirect/videos/tester/test/u8mcuxizes09v2jac1o99avce4um8c6m-HD.mp4

2. you may need to re-compile ffmpeg. Last line in your log as an error message "Error opening filters"

3. try using mencoder.

Any other status on this. I am having the same issue and I installed MECODER as well and still has the same issue.

I am having the same problem, and I did switch to use memeconder. I also had it installed by the pro team. Can you guys help me?

I am having the same issue, I did use memeconder and I got the same issue. The Support team actually installed it for me still isn't working right. Any help would be appreciated.
