The fetch lightbox just sits there and spins, there is never an error displayed.

The upload is at Media->Video->Upload and is visible to registered members.

I just ran the check and everything came back green. Any ideas?

I've also upgraded to 2.7 just now - same result. I'm stumped

Yes, the firewall is blocking it.
do you have rsfirewall installed ?

No, rsfirewall is not installed. This is on a shared host - what port(s) need to be open?

can you extract the last few iines of the error log, straight after you have reproduced the issue.

I have the same problem on my site www.queermagazineonline.com/index.php?op...emid=544&lang=en

Can't upload any YouTube videos.

Have no firewall installed.


What can be wrong?

Version 2.7 of jVideoDirect installed and have my site on a shared hosting
