Build in WampServer.

I'm with ambinet in WampServer, I use Fetch & Upload to point the videos are on Vimeo.

It is asking to set up the "Please enter all required tools to convert path at configuration -> convert"

I'm putting the correct path is not accepting more.
(C: / wamp/bin/php/php5.3.0)

If you use "fetch and upload" mode, you will need to make sure the converter is in place (ffmpeg,mencoder and etc ...)

otherwise, please use "fetch and embed only" instead
