Hello, i can't link videos. My site is hosts in a linux shared hosting. I'm using Fetch embed only mode, thus i load my videos

in a folder in the root named "video/videocoll" and i try to link them by load csv file.

This is my absolute path

/web/htdocs/sobieski.it/home

I've tried and tried but without any results to see my videos loaded.

When i press "Process" button at "System Check Up" the system returns to me the result you can see in the attached image

I've set the correct permission (777) to the folders jMediaDirect, but without any positive result.

I've attached the csv file, maybe i've do a mistake in it.

I just checked your log file: www.sobieski.it/jMediaDirect/videos/csv/report.html

you have the "trial run" option set. Try the batch upload again with it turned off; the option is located on the same page that you use to browse for the csv file. And don't forget to clear the log.

thank you very much for the quickly answer, i've just tried your suggestion, but i can't see any video in the backend

before doing anything you should get this "checkup tool" passed.

try switch back to "Fetch embed only" mode

Now my host has set correctly the permission but every time i try to import csv fike the sistem returns to me "insufficient data error".
