Video Fetch not operational 2 Years ago

Hello,
Whenever we click on "Fetch" nothing happens. This was working a little while ago but now does not.
This issue applys to all Video sites, eg youtube videos, vimeo videos etc.
JvideoDirect is configured for both embed and upload.
Can you please offer advice?

if you click on "fetch", a lightbox should pop up. If it doesn't, you have javascript conflict

try toggle
configuration -> management -> load jquery.noconflict
|

I've tried toggling that a few times and it doesn't work.
I click the button and nothing happens at all...

Plugins installed are:
CB 1.2.2
K2
AcyMail
AkeebaBackup
Coolness Template (from joomlapolis)
Jafilia
ProjectFork
Suckerfish - menu mod
WorkingCopy
I'm trying to work it out by installing each component locally and seeing if/when it breaks the fetch popup. I think it is a jquery conflict though, as absolutely NOTHING happens when I click on the button.

Ok, looks like it was the "SuperFish Menu" that did jquery dropdown...
When I disable that, everything works fine!
