Hi,
I'm trying to upload manualy a video file with a cvs file, but the upload fails, i can see than in the report file change the filepath from "/home/xxxxxxxx/web/jMediaDirect/videos/sd" to "/home/xxxxxxx/web/jMediaDirect/videos/sd" and the system cannot found the files.
How can I solve this?
Thanks

the path should be your source location of your video files

Sorry, I just view that file path is not showing correctly on the post.
Te correct path is: "/home/xxxxxxx(dot)com/web/jMediaDirect/videos/sd"
But the report shows without dot!!!!
Thanks

it doesn't matter with a dot or without.
the file path should be your source location of your video files
not the destination folder

Sorry but I don't understand.. if my path contains a dot, without a dot it's impossible that works!!
I try to change the path but the full, absolute, path of my hosting contains a dot!!!
Thanks!!

i mean in general. If you path required a dot, of course you will need it.
