Hi,
My recently uploaded video stays in the queue - conversion won't trigger.
I'm on shared hosting but it has ffMpeg, Mencoder, and FLVtool2 installed and the paths have been detected.

However, my hosting company won't allow access to WGET - does that matter? I selected PHP for the converter call method.

Also, when I go to the tester area, I have this at the top of the interface:
"Error: PHP path may be incorrect or visit "system check up" to see check requirement"

When I try to test a video, I get this error:
"Error: Hyphen "-" in tester filename is needed to strip off. Failed to automatically rename it."

I haven't been able to access the check up area. Everytime I try it i have major problems accessing my site.

Please help,

1. consult your host with the correct php path
wiki.jvideodirect.com/w/Path_to_PHP

2. Pass all items in "checkup" tools
3. switch "available quality" to "SD only". (If it starts to convert, SD is going to be tested first)
4. Pass "tester"
