First of all, I'm really liking your solution so far. I can't install it yet because I use a subdirectory for Joomla, but I think I've found my solution! (Also, it's nice to see the great support in the forums). Couple of questions:

1) I'm thinking of adding a subscription/premium aspect to my site. I haven't done a lot of research into it, but do you know of any sites that use jvideo on a subscription or pay-per-view type of scenario?

2) I understand that your system works with longtail. Do you have a solution for youtube (or other 3rd party) videos added, as well? (or does Longtail support pre-roll videos for these types of videos, too?)

3) I'm on a shared server and can't use video encoders. Can you recommend a FLV encoder? (I'm currently using Riva, but I don't like the way it handles widescreen vids)

1. pay to view, is not implemented in JVD.
2. Yes we have about 10, 11 3rd party sites supported (see jvideodirect.com/features-others)
3. You will need to do a bit of googling for it... (can forum users help?)
