I wonder how to add the embedding codes and permlink fields on the videos page, because I want my members to embed my videos on their web pages like blog.

Is there a way to add these two fields?

on video playback page, click "direct link".

for embed code, first you need to enable it globally in admin/config, secondly the video itself has to be "allow embed" enabled.
