Hi,

I am building a video hosting site using JVD 2.7 pro (Fresh installation) version.

sandbox.ragatunes.com
Authentication credentials: ragatunes/ragatunes
Member login: jyoti/jstest

I have set "Videos Playback (Registered users only):" to "No" in JVD configuration. Still the video can not be seen if members are not logged in. sandbox.ragatunes.com/video?v=qw430NI9HN59s gives a login screen if a member is not logged in.

I have another devtest setup where I have upgraded JVD 2.6 basic version to 2.7 pro version. I can watch a video on this setup even without a login sandbox.ragatunes.com/devtest/video?v=JT40Kq2hml4rM

There is an embedding issue in case of the devtest setup though:
"This playlist is not valid xml file" error displayed on embedding the following code:

Please note that all the videos are public and configuration on both the setups are same. I am using SH404SEF and JVD SEF extension on both these setups.

Please help me resolve these issues.

If you are using SEF, have you make the selection at configuration -> integration -> SEF System

Yes. I have selected sh404sef at configuration -> integration -> SEF System

I find that the url does not generate any information.
Something is blocking it.

Is it possible to send us FTP and backend credential ?

I have trace down the issue.
I found this

I think it should work when you disable the page access authorization.
