Wondering what could be issue, its unable to create thumbnails... I did go through and passed "check up" tool.
Please find the attachment with front-end uploaded videos view and also back-end settings.

1. How can I put my logo on the player?

2. User tools are misaligned under UserPanel menu, please see the attachment.

3. FYI thumbnails are getting created when I choose "Smart Mode" However not when I choose "both HQ and SD", thumbnail-image, approval and length do not work.

4. Whats the settings or server side requirement for HQ to work, I have set all the paths correctly including qt-faststart and set "Converter Call Method - PHP Direct".

5. Also regarding MP4Box installation, second last line "#make install" gives libgpac.so error so basically I could not install MP4Box.

if you need logo location, display it's comment at the side.

2. good, now i know what is the cause.
If you use smart mode or SD only, it should work.
If you use anything HQ, then it shouldn't.
thumbnail images will generate from highest quality converted files.
If your HQ file does not exists, it cannot be converted.

Switch "Quality available" to both, and goto "tester" tool to check the error.

likely your converter is not ready for HD, no h264 encoder.
