Hello,
Approximately how long does it take to transcode a video fetched from YouTube?
I added a video 7 hours ago (60 seconds in length) and the status is still set to "transcoding." At first, nothing showed up in the frontend. Now, all the video information shows up, but there is no thumbnail nor link to the page that actually plays the file.
Anyone have any insight?

after installation
make sure
1. pass all items in checkup
2. pass all items in tester
3. test upload with small file first.

I have done all the above. Uploaded a few vids, the first, approx 3mb, has been transcoding for 20 mins. How long should it take?

Im really not happy that it has now taken 30 mins to transcode a 3mb video?
I have over 500 videos to upload, at this rate it will take months!
Any feedback?

you are right?
a 3 mb file normally takes a couple of minutes for both quality.

nope since last night that video is still transcoding. clearly theres a problem, how do I get someone to have a look at it?
