Where is the upgrade instructions?

Is there a changelog or something so one could see if upgrade is worth the effort?

Backup your database.
Backup components / com_jvideodirect / themes folder.
Uninstall jvideodirect component and install the new version.
Unpack relevant modules and plugins then overwrite the installed modules and plugins via FTP.
