I create by myself folders and permissons in /jMediaDirect/...

and still have ths 1 fail, what should I do?

You need just chmod 777 * for jvideo folder or chown * your_www_user.

form the directory structure manually as specified in wiki.jvideodirect.com

and recursively assign proper permission to it.
