My issues are JS conflict related.

Version 2.0 putting "jQuery.no.conflict()" statement optional.

By default, it's off for modern template,

If you experience, javascript conflict.
e.g. tooltip format issue, ajax menu onlick jumped to new page instead of boxed in lightbox.

you should try switch it On

configuration -> management -> load jquery.no.conflict parameter
