Is there a way to allow certain users to upload? For example, only user1 can upload to folder 1? Is it possible to allow a selected group of people the upload right? I did not see any such feature. Is this planned for the future?

Also, is there a way to limit the number of videos a user can upload to the website? I am referring to the videos the user uploads from their computer to the server. Can it be limited? Is this planned for the future?
