hi everybody
i have problem i can't upload local videos from my machine
i go to tester tab and click test it and appear the following error :

Output Summary
Thumbnail Image Size: and Position: 00:00 at 10% of video.
Error: Conversion failed!
HD quality flv file cannot be converted.
SD quality flv file cannot be converted.


please help me out guys

do you have converter installed ?
