Is there a JVD fetcher I can use as a base to create more fetchers that is "Heavily" commented?

Mostly to save time I think I could get it figured out if I study the files but good commenting like the Dummy Plug would save me a lot of time. I'll gladly share any fetchers I create, the site I need most right now is video.mmosite.com but if I can learn the process I'll code any I can figure out.

just use any fetcher plugins as reference.
