I've recently installed this Component on my Website and I LOVE IT!

However I am only on Virtual Hosting (with GoDaddy) and they cannot install FFMpeg, MenCoder or the other scripts.

However I was thinking...

Could I install those onto my Amazon S3 bucket? I don't know much at all about S3 or these conversion scripts.

Any enlightenment would be appreciated!

S3 is a remote storage only.
The best move is still vps hosting or dedicated server.
